We met up with Gupta – Founder, and CEO of Gizmofashion to know more about his company and why he selected Knowlarity.

Q) Tell us about GizmoFashion.

Divyan Gupta: Gizmofashion is India’s first curated e-commerce brand for 100% genuine and manufacturer warranty backed electronic products and accessories. We offer products from top global brands like Apple, Canon, Manfrotto, National Geographic, Gitzo, Sony, Olympus and more and ship free across India.

Q) Running an e-commerce business must be tiring. What were the initial challenges you faced?

Divyan Gupta: As a consumer-facing brand, the challenge was always to ensure customers can contact us easily for any of their queries – both pre and post sales. Even if they couldn’t directly talk to someone, then they should be able to leave us a message so that we can get back to them. We wanted to ensure that we create a world class customer service experience which was simple yet fast and responsive.

Q) What solution did Knowlarity offer?

Divyan Gupta: Knowlarity Super Receptionist. Which is pretty much what we were looking for in a professional call center infrastructure. It had all the elements – multi-level IVR, inbound calls with 100% call recording, outbound calling, and an MIS. It even allows us to have the customer receive an SMS when they miss a call from us.

Q) What was the result?

Having SR as our call center backbone has been of immense help. To be honest we started with a professional call center set-up using SR right from the day we launched Gizmofashion. That’s helped us ensure that we never miss any of our customers trying to contact us. As we have grown over the last 3 years, there has been a steady increase of both customers and prospective partners trying to reach out to us. And having a professional set-up has helped us cater to all those contacts in a timely manner.
